We take on the repair for your iPhone. It should not take more than 30 minutes (for 80% of the repairs) and you get back an operational device. You pay us after the repair.


How do you want your device handle ?



In a store

You bring your device in the closest repair store. The repair is done in the store (average repair is 30 minutes) and you come back home with your device repaired.

At home

A repair technician comes to you, at home, at the office or wherever you want. You set up an appointment, the repair takes 30 minutes on average.

Delivery

A delivery man picks up your device where you ask him and brings it to a repair workshop. You device is then brought back to you by a delivery man.

Mail-in

You send your device by mail for the repair. It is received by a repair technician who will fix it and return it back to you at home by mail within 5 business days.


Identify your iPhone model

iPhone 6s

Numbers of model: A1633, A1668, A1700
The iPhone 6s was commercialised in 2015. It has a capacity of 16, 64 or 128 Go and a screen of 4.7 inches. It exists in 4 colours : space gray, silver, golden or golden pink.

Its front panel is flat with curved edges. Its back cover is in anodised aluminium, with a laser-engraved S and a LED flash True Tone. One of the following numbers of model is displayed : A1633, A1668, A1700.

On the right side of the iPhone 6s, you'll find the On/Off button and the location for a SIM card of 4th generation or nano-SIM card. The IMEI number of the iPhone 6s is engraved where the SIM card is located. And the principal button is equipped with a Touch ID sensor.


iPhone 6s plus

Numbers of model: A1634, A1687, A1699
The iPhone 6s Plus has exactly the same characteristics as the iPhone 6s. Like the latter, it was commercialised in 2015 and it has a capacity of 16, 64 or 128 Go. It's also available in space gray, silver, golden or golden pink. However, it's slightly bigger than the iPhone 6s : the size of the screen is 5,5 inches.

The front panel of the iPhone 6s Plus is flat, in glass, with curved edges. Its back cover is in anodised aluminium. In which you will find a laser-engraved S and a LED flash True Tone. The number of the model (A1634, A1687, or A1699) is also displayed there.



iPhone 6

Numbers of model: A1549, A1586, A1589
The iPhone 6 was commercialised in 2014. It's available in only 3 colours : space gray, silver or golden. Its capacity varies between 16, 64 or 128 Go and its screen measures 4.7 inches. 3 numbers of model exist : the A1549, A1586, A1589. You will find your model by looking at the back cover of your iPhone 6.

Overall, the iPhone 6 looks a lot like the other iPhones. Its front panel has curved edges, it's flat and made of glass. The back cover is in anodised aluminium. That's where the IMEI number is engraved. On the right side of the device, you'll find the On/Off button and the location of the SIM card (4th generation or nano-SIM card). There's also a LED flash True Tone on the back cover.



iPhone 6 Plus

Numbers of model: A1522, A1524, et A1593
Commercialised in 2014, the iPhone 6 Plus exists in space gray, silver or golden. There are three models of iPhone 6 Plus : the A1522, A1524, et A1593. They have a capacity of 16, 64 or 128 Go.

The iPhone 6 Plus has a screen of 5,5 inches and a front panel in glass with curved edges. Its back cover is in anodised aluminium and has a LED flash True Tone. The IMEI number of the iPhone 6 Plus is engraved on the back.

To switch on your device or to put it in stanby mode, you need to push the dedicated button on the right side. The SIM card is also on that side. You can insert a nano-SIM card or a 4th generation SIM card.



iPhone SE

Numbers of model: A1723, A1662, A1724
The three models (A1723, A1662, A1724) of the iPhone SE were commercialised in 2016. The iPhone SE can be found in space gray, silver, golden or golden pink. It was commercialised in 2016 and has a capacity of 16 or 64 Go.

The size of its screen is 4 inches. Its back cover is in anodised aluminium. It has chamfered edges. You can also find the logo of Apple engraved in stainless steel, a LED flash True Tone, the IMEI number and the number of the model. The front panel is in glass and flat. On the top of the device, you'll find the On/Off button. On the right is located the SIM card holder (nano-SIM card or 4th generation SIM card). The main button of the device has a Touch ID sensor.


iPhone 5s

Numbers of model: A1453, A1457, A1518, A1528, A1530, A1533
Available in space gray, silver or golden, the iPhone 5s was commercialised in 2013. It exists in 6 models : A1453, A1457, A1518, A1528, A1530 and A1533 (the number is displayed on the back cover of the iPhone). They have a capacity of 16, 32 or 64 Go.

Like most iPhones, its front panel is flat and in glass, and the back cover is in anodised aluminium. We can find a LED flash True Tone and the IMEI number on the back cover, and the SIM card holder is on the right side. The latter needs to be a 4th generation or a nano-SIM card. The main button of the iPhone 5s has a Touch ID sensor.


iPhone 5c

Numbers of model: A1456, A1507, A1516, A1529, A1532
The iPhone 5c has 5 different colours: white, blue, pink, green or yellow. It was commercialised in 2013 and has a capacity of 8, 16 or 32 Go. 5 models of the iPhone 5c have been commercialised : the A1456, A1507, A1516, A1529, A1532.

The model and the IMEI number can be found on the back cover of the device. The rear cover is in reinforced polycarbonate (plastic) and the front panel is in glass and flat. The SIM card (4th generation or nano-SIM) is inserted on the right side of the iPhone 5c.


iPhone 5

Numbers of model: A1428, A1429, A1442
The iPhone 5 front panel is in glass and the back cover is in anodised aluminium. It was commercialised in 2012 and has a capacity of 16, 32 or 64 Go. It's available in black or white, there are 3 models : the A1428, A1429, et le A1442.

The number of the model is displayed on the back cover, just as the IMEI number. The location of the 4th generation SIM card or nano-SIM card is on the right side.


iPhone 4s

Numbers of model: A1431, A1387, A1387
It exists in black or white, and has a capacity of 8, 16, 35 or 64 Go. The iPhone was commercialised in 2014 with 3 models : the A1431, A1387, A1387 (displayed on the back cover of the phone).

The front panel and the back cover are both flat and in glass. The edges of the device are covered with a stripe of stainless steel. The iPhone 4s accepts 3rd generation micro-SIM cards, the location of the holder is on the right side. The volume control buttons are indicated by the symbols « + » and « - ».


iPhone 4

Numbers of model: A1349, A1332
The iPhone 4 is available in black and white. This iPhone has a capacity of 8, 16 or 32 Go. It was commercialised in 2010 for the GSM model and in 2011 for the CDMA model. On the back cover, you can find the number of the model (A1349, A1332).

The front panel and the back cover of the iPhone 4 are flat and in glass. Around the device, there is a stripe on stainless steel. The symbols « + » and « - » indicate the volume control buttons. The iPhone 4 supports 3rd generation micro-SIM cards on the right side (not in the CDMA model)


iPhone 3GS

Numbers of model: A1325, A1303
With a capacity of 8, 16 or 32 Go and in black or white, the iPhone 3GS was commercialised in 2009. The numbers A1325 or A1303 are displayed on the back cover : the number displayed is the model of the device.

The back cover of the iPhone 3GS is in plastic. In which you can find a silver and shiny print, that looks like the Apple logo. The iPhone 3GS reads 2nd generation mini-SIM cards with its integrated reader on the top side. Where the SIM is located, you can also find the serial number of the device.


iPhone 3G

Numbers of model: A1324, A1241
The iPhone 3G was commercialised in 2008 and 2009 in China. Its capacity is of 8 and 16 Go. The number of the model is indicated on the back cover, the A1324 or the A1241.

The iPhone 3G has a back cover in plastic, in which a less shiny print of the Apple logo is located. It reads 2nd generation mini-SIM cards, that can be inserted in the top side of the device. The serial number of the device is indicated on the SIM card reader.


iPhone

Numbers of model: A1203
Its capacity is of 4, 8 and 16 Go. It was commercialised in 2007. On the back cover, you will find the number of the model A1203 and the serial number of the device.

The back cover is in anodised aluminium. This iPhone accepts 2nd generation mini-SIM cards. They can be inserted in a reader located on the top of the device.
